Training Structure
Classes follow a yearly training cycle with progressive intensity. Some days we go "off-menu" based on how everyone's moving that day—the advantage of small group sizes.
We explore different tools and training phases throughout the year, so your body stays challenged and adaptable.

How to Join
Most class pods are at capacity, but spots open throughout the year. We recommend starting with private lessons to learn our system before joining a group.
